Most estimates are free. On smaller jobs I can often price straight from photos and the county parcel map. On bigger ones I come walk it with you, we talk through what you want it to look like, and you get one number. If a property is far enough out that a travel fee applies, I'll tell you before I come, and it comes off your bill if you hire me.

That's a lot of what I do. I regrade so water runs away from the house instead of toward it, cut in a swale where it needs a path out, and finish it with sod or seed so it holds.

That's arborist work, and I'll say so up front. I cut smaller trees down from the ground and run them through a chipper, which is right for yards and fence rows. I don't climb or rig trees over a roof. If you're not sure which one your job is, send a photo and I'll point you the right direction.
