A deck you will actually use
A good deck turns a backyard into somewhere to eat, sit, and spend the evening. A bad one sags, wobbles, and starts rotting a few years in. The difference is almost always in what you cannot see: the footings, the framing, and how the ground underneath drains.
Because I do the dirt work too, the spot gets leveled and drained right before the first post goes in. Then the deck gets framed square, set on solid footings, and finished clean.

Questions
Decks, answered
Wood or composite?
Both are options. Treated wood costs less up front. Composite costs more but does not need staining and holds up longer. I will walk through the tradeoffs for your budget when I come out.
Can you fix my old deck instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. If the framing and footings are sound, new boards, railings, or steps can bring it back. If the structure is rotten, I will tell you straight that it is time to replace it.
Do I need a permit for a deck?
Many cities around Tulsa require one, especially for raised decks or decks attached to the house. We will check what your city requires before anything gets built.
Can you do the ground work around it too?
Yes. Leveling the spot, fixing drainage under and around the deck, gravel underneath, and sod or beds around the edges can all be part of the same job.
